DoAbility has been a member of the British Healthcare Trades Association (BHTA) since the 4th of August 2009.
As a member of the BHTA, we agree to abide by a professional Code of Practice.
BHTA states, 'At the heart of our association is the Code of Practice, which sets out the standards that all members must meet to demonstrate best practice in their business dealings.
The Code of Practice is recognised as the UK industry standard and means that member companies trade ethically and professionally.
“The BHTA Code of Practice has been granted approval under the Consumer Codes Approval Scheme (CCAS), run by the Chartered Trading Standards Institute. The CTSI only approves codes that have proved effective in safeguarding and promoting the interests of consumers beyond the basic requirements of the law.”
Please see the BHTA website (www.bhta.com) for further information about BHTA and the Code of Practice.
