In order to ensure you get the right price for your product, we cannot offer free returns. Returned items are sent back at the consumer’s expense. Although exchanged items are then delivered to you free of charge.
Return of goods
There are three ways to return your goods to us:
Royal Mail Standard Delivery at your local Post Office
Usually the cheapest way for you to return small to medium size goods. We suggest that you obtain a Proof of Postage or use the Signed For service in case the parcel goes astray.
Courier options - if you wish us to arrange a collection for you just call us on 01423 740450 and we will be happy to arrange this for any address within our UK standard zone
Our myHermes Courier Collection Service for small items under 2kg - priced at £3.99.
Our Parcelforce Courier Collection Service for large items - priced at £9.99 (exludes Volaris Patrol rollators - collection priced at £15 via UPS)
