Product Description

The FlexyFoot is a crutch and cane tip that improves balance and grip. Moulded from high performance polypropylene, Flexyfoot makes the most of polymer flexibility - the more the hinge area is flexed, the stronger the molecule structure becomes.

The FlexyFoot has a life span in excess of 100,000 compressions or 200,000 steps. Tested on a purpose built rig, this is roughly the equivalent of about 60 miles of heavy walking.

FlexyFoot comes in four sizes. You need the right size of connecting collar and this is determined by the width (diameter) of your walking stick, cane, crutches or walker. Existing FlexyFoot customers only need to order the replacement foot (as you will already have the reusable connecting collar).

Key Features:

Great on the ground Flexifoot provides improved grip and stability on all terrains, particularly slippery and uneven surfaces. The flexible bellow means your stick will work at any angle while the foot is always in full contact with the floor.

Gentle on the joints Flexyfoot's patented design works like the suspension system on a 4x4. The flexible bellows absorb shock each time your stick touches the ground so your step is completely cushioned. Even better than that, the tread of the ferrule can independently rotate through 360°, so full ground contact is still maintained if you have to twist or turn around.

That little bit better than a standard tip Flexyfoot is easy to fit and change, quiet on hard surfaces, and won't leave black marks all over your floor, like other tips do.

Measure the diameter (in millimetres) of your walking aid. For a really easy way to make sure you order the right size, please watch the sizing video below:

  1. Makes a difference 5

Posted by Unknown on 19th Nov 2014

Just got it today and have given it mini a test drive. It really does give a different sensation when walking along the pavement. I only went a few yards to post a letter, but I can tell it is going to decrease the pain that generates in my wrists and back as I walk further.

I think it's good to try out things that may make life easier and it's great when they do.

Best wishes to all who try it out. I hope it makes a difference for you too.

  2. FlexyFoot! for confidence 5

It's good, stable, comfortable. Just what was needed.

  3. I can go alot further before my wrist hurts 4

Posted by Aaron on 29th Mar 2014

Yes it grips very well, and it reduces the impact on your wrist, they only thing I don't like about it, is it's heavier than than the standard ferral, I have a super lightweight walking stick, to reduce upper arm strain, and the flexy foot makes the walking stick heavy. my physio think its great for me, but anyone with weaker balance may struggle.
I love it, I can go alot further before my wrist hurts

  4. safety first 5

Posted by Geoff on 9th Nov 2013

At last I can feel safe when out and about without the fear of slipping on wet tiled floors I feel more relaxed if you feel confident you don't stiffen up when when you meet such floors. I hope I will feel safer on snow & ice.

  5. Excellent product - no more slipping! 5

Posted by Unknown on 2nd Nov 2012

I was sick of the ferrule on my stick slipping on wet surfaces to decided to buy the FlexyFoot. When it arrived I first thought I had ordered the wrong size as it was a tight squeeze to get on, but my husband put it on for me, and as he said, if it went on too easy it wouldn't be much good as it would fall off! Its true that it always stays in contact with the ground and it really does reduce vibration from the stick when walking. I just need to get one for my other stick and crutches now!! Than you for such an innovative product.
