How can I place an order?

If I place an order and something is out of stock what happens to the rest of my order?

We will notify you if something is not in stock. We will give you the option of either sending the full order once the missing stock items are available, or we can send the items which are in stock first.


Do you do international orders?

Yes, we do international orders. Please email us at [email protected] or call us on +44 (0)1423 740450 so we can give you a quote for international shipping costs. Unfortunately, due to insurance restrictions, we cannot sell to the USA. 


What is VAT exemption?

How can I pay?

We accept PayPal, Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo, and American Express. We will also take BACS or cheque payments. Please note, your order will not be dispatched until the payment has cleared in our account.


If I want to buy something from Doability, are my credit card details safe from hackers?

Are all accessories dispatched together in the same order?

We will notify you if there are any problems fulfilling an order in one shipment. We fit all possible parts and accessories prior to dispatch where possible. In some cases it might not be possible to attach certain accessories, due to potential damage in transit. These will need to be fitted on arrival with the instructions provided. 


What is your delivery policy and postage and packaging charges?

If I am not home when the couriers come to deliver my order, what happens to it?

The courier company delivering your parcel will be confirmed via email. If you leave a note on your order, the parcel can be placed in an alternative location specified by you. Otherwise the courier will notify you of the failed delivery and arrange for re-delivery or pickup. 


Can I have my order left at my neighbours?

Yes, so long as you notify us in the comments section of your order and the neighbour is home to collect the item.


Do you do Saturday delivery?

We are able to accommodate Saturday delivery if you place your order via telephone and specifically request this. The cost of delivery is generally £19.90 within mainland UK, depending on the parcel and destination of shipment. This allows us to cover the combined extra service costs of the Saturday delivery premium and 24 hour delivery.


What are the Customer Support opening hours?

We are open Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. If you need to contact us outside our usual operating hours, then please email us at [email protected] or even fax us at 0113 341 0395. We try to respond to all messages as soon as possible.


How long is the warranty?

All Volaris and Swereco products come with a 2-year manufacturer warranty. Other product warranties, if available, are stated in the product descriptions.


I have been sent the wrong item, how do I report this?

In the rare event that you have been sent an incorrect item, please contact us and we will replace or refund your order.


What happens if I receive my order and it is damaged, or there are items missing?

If this has happened, please contact us and we will replace the missing or damaged items.


What if the courier informs us that they have lost my parcel?

Please report this to us as soon as possible. We can then look into the matter with the couriers.


What is your policy on returns and refunds?
